Everything I need it to be. Tasty, cheap, and not overbearing in terms of size or heat (they're going for quality, not bragging rights). There's no frills with the seating but I don't need that either when I'm getting a burrito and some chips. Service has always been good for me so this is my go-to place in Fort Collins!
I like the stuffed sopapilla with hot chile. Excellent every time. Very Spicy. I get a couple of jars of the hot chile to go to make burritos at home. The staff is always friendly. They also have some awesome daily lunch specials
Great food and the people are nice. However, they don't have any indoor seating and they get my order wrong a fair amount of times. It's not a big problem just check your order and plan to eat elsewhere.

I went here because the drive thru line is always long! We got breakfast burritos (cause I feel like the reviews brag about them), and they did not disappoint! Can't beat a $3.50 breakfast burrito... and the hot green chili is great. We also got their hash browns... which were also great for their value. Only been once so far, but they were really friendly and didn't get our order wrong lol. Would definitely recommend this place! Especially the burritos
Consuelo's is doing work! They had a line out the door and around the store, but they were pumping out delicious breakfast burritos quickly and efficiently. The workers were polite even with the constant flow of customers. The $6.50 breakfast combo is a great deal, even just the $3.50 burrito is a fantastic, filling meal. It's pretty sad to see this place has one stars, but of course, those reviews look like angry white people who only leave one star reviews. Keep up the good work Consuelo's!
